in meningitis cases among gay men in new york city. over the past year there have been 12 documented cases of the disease among gay men in new york including three new cases in the past six weeks that recently prompted health officials in new york to expand their vaccination recommendations for gay men. health officials say they want to protect san francisco residents who could become infected, especially if they are traveling to new york. >>> well, some babies just can't wait. >> that's right. in dayton ohio, an expected mom ended up going into labor in a school's parking lot. >> i had a former student give birth in the car. >> and the baby's already out. >> yes. >> okay. teachers stayed on the line with 911 dispatcher who instructed them on how to tie off the umbilical cord. the 20-year-old mom was dropping off her siblings from school when her water broke. she was six days away from the due date and her baby girl weighing 7 pounds, 10-ounces. that's a pretty big baby. what's strange is they called after the baby was born not during. >> you have a baby on the way, no big deal. >>> maybe
